Another quality install completed 👌
The property originally had a metal spiral staircase which was unsafe and unsuitable for every day use- see the before photos!
This ment working closely with the clients to design and manufacture a new staircase that made the most of the limited existing space, while maintaining the spiral design.
The solution - this stunning American White Ash Openflight staircase finished with decorative metal spindles and matching apron linings which brings a real statement to the home.

Another recently completed project – a bespoke staircase and mezzanine gallery we manufactured and installed to maximise this beautiful vaulted space.

Crafted in solid timber with clean lines and traditional detailing, the staircase leads to a custom-built gallery with Black metal spindles, creating a practical additional level while keeping the room feeling open and full of character.

Projects like this are all about combining function with craftsmanship – turning unused height into usable space while complementing the original features of the building.

✨️Recent project completed✨️
We've just wrapped up this fantastic job with Peter Whitfield at PJW Painters PJW painters. Bespoke hardwood shelving and solid hardwood worktop we manufactured, which Pete and the team expertly finished with painting and mirrored backing to really elevate the space. The combination of rich timber, sharp paintwork and mirrors has completely transformed the area into a clean modern feature. A brilliant end result all round.

Great to collaborate with Taylor & White Carpentry and Construction on this project.
We supplied a fully bespoke Ash open-flight staircase, complete with glass balustrades, handrail, and integrated partition, designed to keep the space open while creating a strong architectural feature. The natural grain of the ash works beautifully with the clean glass lines, giving the staircase a light, modern feel while still showcasing traditional joinery craftsmanship.
To tie the design together, we also produced a matching bespoke sliding American White Ash door, ensuring continuity of materials and finish throughout the space.
A great example of how collaboration and bespoke joinery can transform a space into a real focal point.

✨ Before & After – Church Door Replacement ✨
Recently finished replacement church door using Sapele hardwood, and oiled with Osmo UV protection oil, bringing strength, longevity, and a finish that respects the character of the original building.
From weathered and worn to clean, secure, and fit for decades to come — all work carried out with care to maintain the historic integrity of the stonework and setting and reuse of the original furniture.
Carried up every step of the spiral staircase to the top of the church tower- pray for his legs, they are still in recovery!

✨Beautiful Character grade Oak Stable doors✨

A pair of Stable doors manufactured and installed for a lovely customer. Character grade Oak was chosen to showcase the natural grain, patterns and knots, adding charm and individuality to each door.
Featuring large glazed panels in both doors, which allows plenty of natural light to flow through, brightening any entrance while maintaining the traditional cottage style.
Finished in Osmo Uv protection oil.
