🤝 Carbon Zapp is now the authorized testing partner for Stanadyne common rail pumps.

Stanadyne's official test plans and procedures are coming to the global specialist network, released under license on designated Carbon Zapp test platforms.

This means one thing for the workshop: a Stanadyne pump can now be tested to Stanadyne's own standard, with the same acceptance criteria and the same reporting, anywhere in the world.

Common rail pumps first. Conventional pump systems to follow.

Ever wonder what actually happens when we test an injector or common rail pump?

We're the authorised Australia and New Zealand distributor for Carbon Zapp - precision test and calibration equipment built in Athens since 1989, now trusted by workshops, OEMs and remanufacturers in around 98 countries.

It's the same equipment we run ourselves, every day, in our own pump room - testing diesel systems at up to 2800 bar (genuine common rail operating pressure), with four injectors tested and coded in as little as 6 to 12 minutes.

We've put together a full breakdown of what Carbon Zapp equipment actually tests, how the technology keeps pace with modern injectors, and what's involved if you're thinking about bringing testing in-house. Link in the comments!
