"The rug’s design is inspired by the forms of 1930s architecture and decorative arts motifs. This trend, also known as the mechanical arts, is very present in everyday objects. We designed this plant in a mechanical, repetitive manner. At the crossroads of two movements: the literary movement of naturalism and the pictorial movement of pointillism."

This creation was born of a meeting between Studio Gazelles and Pinton. Pinton, with its ancestral know-how, makes its rugs by hand. They are woven in their factory
in France.
