致大埔宏福苑受火災影響的各位居民：
近日，從新聞報道中目睹各位居民陸續回到受影響的單位執拾物品、與居住多年的住所道別，一幕幕令人揪心的場景，讓我們深感難受與惋惜。2025年11月26日的五級大火，給各位的生活帶來了難以彌補的影響，許多家庭在災後重新安頓家居的過程中，面臨著地板損壞、更換困難的問題，對合適的地板需求日漸迫切。
本公司紮根香港多年，始終銘記企業社會責任，深切體諒各位居民災後重建家園的艱辛，願盡一份綿薄之力，助力大家盡快重建溫暖家園。為切實回應居民需求，本公司決定撥出香港倉庫現存的FLOOROR石塑地板(部分型號)，免費贈送給有需要的受影響居民。
本次捐贈的FLOOROR石塑地板，採用全新高品質原材料製造，具備零甲醛環保、B1級防火、防水防潮、耐磨抗刮等優點，並預裝IXPE靜音墊層，腳感舒適且安裝便捷，無需額外鋪設墊層，能快速投入使用，適合家居日常使用，可有效節省大家重建家居的時間與成本，為各位居民打造安全、舒適的居住環境提供支持。
如有地板更換需求的居民，敬請主動聯繫本公司，我們將詳細瞭解需求、核實相關信息，並協調後續領取事宜，全力保障捐贈物資順利送達有需要的家庭手中。關於地板安裝，居民可選擇以下兩種方式：1. DIY安裝（石塑地板安裝便捷，可自行安裝）；2. 自行尋找師傅安裝。為避嫌起見，上述所有安裝相關環節，本公司均不參與任何協調及執行工作，亦不承擔任何與安裝相關的責任。

Notice of Donating FLOOROR SPC Flooring to Affected Residents of Tai Po Wang F*k Court
To all residents of Tai Po Wang F*k Court affected by the fire:
Recently, we have witnessed from news reports that many of you have successively returned to the affected units to sort out your belongings and bid farewell to the homes you have lived in for many years. These distressing scenes have made us deeply sad and regretful. The Level 5 fire on November 26, 2025, has brought irreparable impact to your lives. Many families are facing problems of damaged floors and difficulty in replacement during the process of re-settling their homes after the disaster, and the demand for suitable flooring is becoming increasingly urgent.
Having rooted in Hong Kong for many years, our company has always kept in mind its corporate social responsibility. We deeply understand the hardships you face in rebuilding your homes after the disaster and are willing to do our bit to help you rebuild warm homes as soon as possible. To effectively respond to the needs of residents, our company decides to allocate the existing FLOOROR SPC flooring (some models) in our Hong Kong warehouse and donate it free of charge to the affected residents in need.
The donated FLOOROR SPC flooring is made of new high-quality raw materials, with the advantages of formaldehyde-free environmental protection, Class B1 fire resistance, water and moisture resistance, wear resistance and scratch resistance. It is also pre-installed with an IXPE sound insulation underlay, which is comfortable to walk on and easy to install. No additional underlay is required, allowing it to be put into use quickly. Suitable for daily home use, it can effectively save your time and cost in home reconstruction and provide support for you to create a safe and comfortable living environment.
Residents in need of floor replacement are kindly requested to take the initiative to contact our company. We will carefully understand your needs, verify relevant information, and coordinate subsequent collection matters to fully ensure that the donated materials are smoothly delivered to the families in need. Regarding floor installation, residents can choose from the following two methods: 1. DIY installation (SPC flooring is easy to install and can be installed by yourself); 2. Find an installer by yourself. For the sake of avoiding suspicion, our company will not participate in any coordination or implementation work related to the above installation links, nor will we bear any responsibilities related to installation.
