This is s job we completed in 2008 , it's featured on Independent.ie this week . A very contemporary design . A cedar wood clad "cube " connected to the old school house . Polished concrete floors , floor to ceiling windows . A very nice living space .

A Bathroom conversion recently completed. Bath removed to provide a level access shower/wet room area. New sink with half pedestal fitted . Relocation of the toilet to external wall . Floor to ceiling tiling . A toughened Glass screen provides a contemporary finish .
The client availed of a Mobility Aid Grant from their Local Authority , to part fund this conversion .

A recent conversion completed in Carrick on Shannon . Interesting project , a carport area converted into a Sunroom / Living area , bringing the natural sunlight into the house. The Zinc cladding on the roof brings a contemporary look to the property .
