🏗️ Supporting ICF Training & Skills Development
CastleForms was delighted to support Training Campus with its Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) training course.

One of our team members recently attended this fully funded, 5-day onsite course, gaining valuable hands-on experience and further knowledge in ICF installation, construction details, airtightness, U-values and the practical application of ICF systems.

It’s fantastic to see dedicated training available to help develop practical skills and knowledge in modern, energy-efficient construction methods.
A great opportunity for anyone looking to upskill in ICF construction. 👏

🏗️ PROGRESS AT HORKANS HILL, WESTPORT, CO. MAYO

Another great example of CastleForms ICF Therm in action! 🔥

Progress is moving along well at this residential development, where our 335mm ICF block is being used for the external walls, achieving an impressive U-value of just 0.17 W/m²K.

The project is also incorporating our ICF Fireblock system at intermediate floor level, providing an integrated approach to high-performance ICF construction.

The Birr Primary Care Centre is a substantial three-storey project, showcasing the versatility of our ICF Therm 360 system on a larger scale build.

For this project, ICF Therm 360 features a 200mm concrete core, achieving a U-value of 0.19, delivering a robust structural system and high levels of thermal performance.

Projects like this demonstrate what’s possible with ICF construction, especially on a multi-storey scale.
