A look at one of our recent projects in Ballyvolane, where a 400mm high Raft Therm foundation system was installed for a development of six detached homes.
This project incorporated a stepped foundation detail, demonstrating the flexibility of the Raft Therm system in accommodating varying site requirements while maintaining the benefits of a highly insulated foundation solution.

Progress is moving well on this stunning home in Dunboyne, built using the Castleforms ICF wall system and finished with our premium SOLTHERM External Insulation & Render System.

The beading and first basecoat are now nearly complete, showcasing a new detail at DPC level between the insulated raft foundation and ICF walls, delivering a clean, flush finish and enhanced detailing throughout the build.
