Office with a view! How bad?

Every day I get to look out of this window over the sea towards the Fastnet Rock in Schull in West Cork.

CSL tool is a real family enteprise. Mark is a Drimoleague native and Denise is a Skibbereen girl.

They settled in Schull many moons ago where they have made their family home and business.

CSL Tool is located in the Enterprise Park in Schull and we would like to give the council a huge shout out for replacing our old aluminium single glazed windows before Christmas with cosy new units. No more wearing hat and gloves in the office!

We have our tool sharpening & manufacturing technology and warehouse storage here on site amd we service and supply the woodwokring industry in all of Ireland

Heritage investment scheme offering up to 200K per residential renovation.

There has never been a better time to invest in your Georgian or period home. Cork County Council is inviting the owners and custodians of historic and protected structures to apply for funding to safeguard, maintain and enhance their properties. The Council’s Conservation Office is administrating two grant schemes on behalf of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
A total fund of €8 million is available nationally under the Built Heritage Investment Scheme and the Historic Structures Fund 2022. That is an increase of €2 million from 2021.

Grants of between €2,500 and €15,000 are available under the Built Heritage Investment Scheme 2022 for small-scale conservation projects. Large-scale projects to repair and conserve the historic built environment can apply to the Historic Structures Fund. Up to €50,000 is available for essential repairs and capital works. Projects where a clear residential or public benefit has been demonstrated can apply for funding of up to €200,000.
