Dwane Hire

24/10/2026

Hello all! Ben Dunford and I are a few weeks away from having a bit of craic and making fools of ourselves once again. This time, instead of the Tudor, we’ll be in Barcelona taking on Hyrox.

Ben has committed to a strict training programme, and I continue to torture myself daily in the name of fitness, so hopefully it’ll be enough. Don’t expect any Instagram fitness models or s**t stain photos ( I hope people get that reference ) just a couple of sweaty fu***rs trying to get through it and having a laugh along the way.

We are doing it for a good cause and all money raised will be split between the Jack and Jill Foundation and the Irish Cancer Society.

Please chip in whatever you can. We’ll share the highs and lows and probably a few embarrassing photos as a thank you!

Kind regards,
Jack Dwane & Ben Dunford

MrGibb0n came into Dwanes yesterday, with his few million followers Paddy told MrGibb0n that Sheila in the office was a massive fan and asked him to call in to surprise her…

MrGibb0n: “You don’t know me, do you?”

Sheila: “No.” 😂😂

Turns out Paddy forgot to tell Sheila she was a fan! 🤣 Fair play to MrGibb0n for being such a good sport! Lovely Guy & we wish him all the best with his new purchase.
