We are proud to announce that Texmo Industries Pump Division 3 has won the Platinum Award in the Best Kaizen for Energy & Utilities Management category at the 12th CII National Kaizen Circle Competition 2026.

This recognition is the result of an exceptional TPM (Asset Robustness) initiative undertaken by our "Flow Masters" team, who transformed a critical bottleneck into a benchmark for operational excellence.

The impact speaks for itself:

✅ Breakdown hours reduced from 147 to just 14 hours per month

✅ Productivity increased by 40%

✅ Daily output improved from 1,041 to 1,407 castings

✅ Lead time reduced from 20 hours to 14.8 hours per 1,000 castings

✅ Improved capacity utilization and stronger OTIF performance
