Hiring for Sales Engineer:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of our customized conveyor products, meeting with clients to understand their specific needs, preparing technical quotations, and collaborating with the engineering team to design and deliver tailored solutions. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals in the customized conveyor market.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the conveyor systems industry.
Present and demonstrate customized conveyor solutions to potential clients.
Client Interaction:
Meet with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements for customized conveyor systems.
Perform on-site evaluations, inspections, and consultations to assess customer requirements.
Build strong relationships with both existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Technical Quotations & Proposals:
Prepare accurate, technical, and detailed quotations for custom conveyor systems based on customer specifications.
Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
Design & Engineering Collaboration:
Work closely with the engineering and design teams to create customized conveyor solutions tailored to customer specifications.
Contribute to the engineering design process by providing input based on customer feedback and industry trends.
Assist in creating CAD drawings and technical documentation as needed.
Project Management:
Oversee the project process from the initial inquiry to product delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Monitor project progress and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth ex*****on.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field) or equivalent experience.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably in the industrial equipment or conveyor systems industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, CAD designs, and specifications.
Strong understanding of mechanical design, electrical systems, and automation.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical clients.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with both sales and engineering teams.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
