Srinagar, July 4: A high-level delegation of Janta Dal (United), Jammu & Kashmir, led by its State President G.M. Shaheen, today called on the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha, and held detailed discussions on several pressing public issues affecting the Union Territory.
During the meeting, the delegation expressed grave concern over the prolonged crisis confronting the tourism sector, stating that thousands of families dependent on tourism-related activities have suffered immense economic hardship.
