Watching.
Blessing.
Holding space.
The family practices Vipassana.
The practice . The aura . The silence moved with them.
Pink Dholpur sandstone; pale beige, soft, carveable.
The stone of temples.
The stone that holds a chisel’s mark without shattering.
The hours put into practice.
The hours put into carving.
The patience required for both.
Stone and silence. Craft and contemplation. Workmanship and worship.
This is not decoration. This is devotion.
Meditation is not separate from life. It is within life.
