There are companies in our sector whose sole objective is turnover (as it should be). Then there are companies like ours that, if they do not have the "technical" requirements, prefer not to sell anything for two simple reasons: 1) the customer would find themselves facing problems that are difficult to resolve given the complexity of our tools 2) we would only have post-sales assistance problems because we would not be able to "transmit" the right information to the customer to resolve the problem. Ci sono aziende nel nostro settore che hanno come unico obiettivo il fatturato (come è giusto che sia). Poi ci sono aziende che come la nostra, se non si hanno i requisiti "tecnici", preferiscono non vendere nulla per due semplici ragioni : 1) il cliente si troverebbe ad affrontare problematiche difficilmente risolvibili vista la complessità dei nostri strumenti 2) noi avremmo solamente problemi assistenziali in post-vendita perchè non riusciremmo a "trasmettere" al cliente le giuste informazioni per risolvere il problema. Orgogliosi di essere arrivati a questo importante traguardo. Serietà, CORRETTEZZA e professionalità pagano sempre alla fine.
Siamo dell' idea che "dare illusioni" ai clienti, non è la strada giusta. Meglio essere concreti, spiegare ai clienti cosa possono ma sopratutto cosa "non possono" fare in base alle loro competenze.
