Our Santinumi 2018 Riserva Terra dei Vestini (Montepulciano d’Abruzzo) has been awarded 92 points, a true acknowledgment of its elegance and depth.
“The nose opens with cinnamon and brown sugar, then shifts towards dried cranberries and cherries, and fresh orange zest. Citrus and salt bounce off the palate before the flavors settle into more mature berries, cherries and warm spices, although heat and acid provide plenty of lift on the finish.”
At the same time, our Aida 2022 (Montepulciano d’Abruzzo) has been awarded 90 points and Best Buy, a recognition of its remarkable quality-to-price ratio.
“The nose opens saline and floral with rose water and cherry blossoms, then turns savory with aromas of new leather and petrol. The palate is defined by a spicy, chili pepper heat and pepper, while more salt and sweet, dense cherry tomatoes provide balance. Solid tannins and vigorous acid.”
