Job Responsibilities:
1. Receiving and Processing internal purchase requisition
2. Sourcing for quotations (bids) and, evaluation of quotes (bids) received from vendors
3. Prepare procurement plans
4. Processing local purchasing orders (LPOs) and local service orders (LSOs)
5. Training and meeting logistical support including venue booking and procurement of training supplies
6. Vendor invoices processing and reconciliation of vendor accounts
7. Setting up an keeping track of vendor contracts
8. Conducting market surveys and maintaining a cost database of commonly used items

Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
-At least 3 years experience in Purchasing/Sales
-Good in written English and fluent Oral English
-Be good at Microsoft Excel and word.
-Preferably above 30 years

Job Location: Kajiado
Job Responsibilities:
1. Accurate and on time update of inbound and outbound materials at the warehouse.
2. Daily update of stock report of all the godown and any deviation analyzing of root cause and escalating the same to warehouse Manager/HOD
3. Keep the track record of Belts,pallets,hardware and timber
Coordinating .
4. Warehouse travelling Inventory documents are verified for discrepancies between inventory and actual inventory
5. Daily statistics of diesel oil and various oils in and out of storage and make orders in POS system
6. Clean up hardware storage hygiene,responsible for the corresponding health area to do a good job for 5s
Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications
1. A degree or diploma in data management or related studies

Operations
1. Working experience of more than 1 year
2. SAP Knowledge will be an added advantage
3. Computer Skills must be proficient in Word,Excel and PowerPoint

Salary budget KES 17000- KES 22000(Gross)
