Today was one of those days you say, “It’s been a long time coming.”

The kind of sale that teaches you the art of patience… and trusting the process.

Back in April, my client inquired about stone-coated tiles.

They were excited, I was excited, and I honestly expected we’d be sealing the deal by May.

But life happens. A couple of follow-up questions… then the famous line: “We’re taking a break.”

Now, when a client takes a break, it’s never a next-week kind of follow-up.

You give it a month. Maybe two. Maybe three if the roofing gods are testing your patience.

Fast-forward to November — the silence finally breaks. My phone rings:
“Hi Liz, we are back to work. We’ll need the tiles soonest.”

Music to my ears.

Before long, we were deep into color selection — and believe me when I say we had three different shades of red on the table.

There’s no greater joy than helping a client crack the color puzzle.

Payment made. Mabati delivered yesterday.

Today? Installation almost complete.(I know,it was fast!)

But it was the smile on their face as they said “thank you” that reminded me:
It’s not just a roof.

That feeling? Elite.
