Position Title: Spa Technician
Location: Geevet Nails and Spa, Tena Estate, Along manyanja road
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massages, to address clients' specific needs and preferences.
Administer facial treatments tailored to individual skin types and conditions, utilizing high-quality skincare products and advanced techniques to promote skin health and rejuvenation.
Provide expert manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, and massage, to enhance the appearance and well-being of clients' hands and feet.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety standards at all times.
Educate clients on proper skincare and nail care techniques, as well as recommend products for at-home maintenance.
Uphold excellent customer service standards by greeting clients warmly, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a massage therapist, esthetician, or nail technician in a spa or salon setting.
Certification or licensure in massage therapy, esthetics, or nail technology, as required by state regulations.
Proficiency in various massage modalities, facial treatments, and nail care techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized recommendations.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service with a focus on client satisfaction.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
