For the development of BBS Mall, Wilo East Africa partnered with project stakeholders to deliver an integrated solution for firefighting, water boosting, drainage, and wastewater management.

At the core of the installation is the Wilo-EMUport CORE sewage transfer system, designed to provide hygienic and efficient wastewater handling in a busy commercial environment. Combined with Wilo fire-fighting and pressure boosting technologies, the solution supports reliable operations while helping reduce maintenance requirements and downtime.

Since commissioning in October 2021, the installation has continued to deliver dependable performance, with no reported pump failures or blockages to date. The systems are also connected for monitoring and have undergone scheduled maintenance and operational checks in line with service agreements.

This project demonstrates how intelligent water management infrastructure can support efficient building operations, improved user experience, and long-term sustainability.

Beyond supplying equipment, our involvement included local technical training and factory testing at our Nairobi Assembly Plant, bringing together technology and technical expertise to support the project.
