Position: IT Support Technician
PRO System & Networking Company Limited is a professional System Integrator (SI) and the only authorized EnGenius Distributor in Myanmar. We specialize in enterprise networking solutions, wireless infrastructure, and IT system deployment. To support our growing projects, we are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician to join our technical team.
Job Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote IT support for customers
Install, configure, and maintain network devices (Switches, Routers, Access Points)
Troubleshoot network, hardware, and basic software issues
Support EnGenius networking products and enterprise Wi-Fi solutions
Assist in system integration projects (LAN, WLAN, CCTV, Servers)
Prepare basic technical documentation and reports
Coordinate with senior engineers and project teams
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelorβs degree in IT, Networking, or related field
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, and wireless networking
Experience with network devices (EnGenius, MikroTik, Cisco is a plus)
Basic understanding of Windows OS and networking tools
Willing to learn new technologies and work on-site when required
Good communication skills and teamwork
Fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided)
Preferred Skills
Experience with EnGenius products
Knowledge of system integration projects
Basic MikroTik configuration knowledge
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
