အထက်တွင်ဖော်ပြထားသော အမှတ်တံဆိပ်အမည်နှင့် အမှတ်အသားအား ၂၀၁၈ခုနှစ်မှစ၍ ကုမ္ပဏီတည်ထောင်ကာ ကွန်ကရစ်နှင့်ပတ်သက်သော အိမ်ဆောက်ပစ္စည်းများ၊ အိမ်တွင်းအလှဆင်ပစ္စည်းများအား ရန်ကုန်မြို့နှင့်
မန္တလေးမြို့တို့တွင် အရောင်းဆိုင်ခွဲများဖွင့်လှစ်၍ ကောင်းသတင်းဖြင့် မြန်မာတစ်ပြည်လုံးသို့ လက်လီလက်ကား ဖြန့်ချိရောင်းချလျက်ရှိပါသည်။

အင်တာနက်ဖြင့်အသုံးပြုရသော ရုပ်သံမီဒီယာများနှင့် page, Instagram, Youtube နှင့် Internet စာမျက်နှာများ တွင်လည်း အထက်ဖော်ပြပါ အမှတ်တံဆိပ်နှင့် အမည်အမှတ်အသားကို အသုံးပြုဖော်ပြု၍ ရောင်းချလျက်ရှိပါသည်။
ယခုအခါ CONCRETE DECOR MYANMAR အမှတ်တံဆိပ်အမည်နှင့် အမှတ်အသားအား ဆင်တူယိုးမှား ထင်ယောင်ထင်မှား တုပသုံးစွဲကာ page အသုံးပြု ခြင်း CONCRETE DECOR MYANMAR မှပြုလုပ်ပြီးစီး ထားသော Project ဓါတ်ပုံများကို ကူးယူ အသုံးပြု၍ ရောင်းချကြော်ညာလာခြင်းတို့ကို တွေ့မြင်နေရပါသဖြင့် ဆက်လက်အသုံးမပြုရန် အသိပေးတားမြစ်အပ်ပါသည်။

The statement below is made on behalf of CONCRETE DECOR MYANMAR COMPANY LIMITED, as requested by the organization.
The name and trademark of the organization mentioned above was officially registered starting from the year 2018. This company provides decorative concrete home improvement products and materials as a wholesales supplier, for customers in the city of Yangon and Mandalay, by establishing branches in the respective cities.
Moreover, the trademark and name of CONCRETE DECOR MYANMAR (CDM) has been registered with Reg No : 3373, at the Documents Registration Office of the City of Yangon.
The organization also uses the social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other media on the internet, with the trademark mentioned above, to sell and promote products.
An unofficial copycat page, imitating CONCRETE DECOR MYANMAR, have appeared on the social media. This page is deliberately attempting to imitate, by downloading and uploading photos of decorative concrete projects done by CDM Company, straight from the Facebook business page of CDM. All these illegal attempts are made, to promote and advertise the copycat page. A warning has been issued, to stop the attempt to imitate CONCRETE DECOR MYANMAR.
If the attempt to imitate CDM persists, regardless of the warnings issued, legal action will be taken in accordance with the law. Legal proceedings will also be issued, to compensate, for the disruption of a legally registered company.
