Job Title: ISO Manager
Location: Yangon
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
 Develop, implement, and maintain ISO management systems in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
 Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
 Prepare and coordinate ISO documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
 Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote awareness of ISO standards and best practices.
 Serve as the main point of contact for ISO-related inquiries and support internal departments.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with quality objectives.
 Monitor and report on ISO performance metrics and recommend corrective actions as needed.
 Support the organization during external audits and certification processes.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
 Proven experience in ISO coordination or quality management systems.
 Strong understanding of ISO standards and compliance requirements.
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
