1) SECONDHAND LAPTOP
Our secondhand laptops come from several sources:
A) ex-lease or off lease laptops from big corporations, companies and government agencies that replenish their laptops every 2-3 years period. These laptops normally comprised of business model laptops which are made for long hours of work, more expensive, outperformed and last longer than most of your average retail-based computers & laptops. B) Other ways we got secondhand or refurbished laptops include from businesses who have cancelled the order and/or opened-box models. Store models and overstock can be the cause for refurbishing models. Having damage like scratches from shipping may also be reasons for refurbishing electronics. WE DO NOT TAKE SECONDHAND LAPTOP STOCK FROM
Individual buyers who requested laptop to be traded in. This is to ensure the secondhand products that are in our stock is legitimately owned and to minimize the sub-standard expectation of secondhand laptop condition.
2) BRAND NEW LAPTOPS
In 2021, we brought in brand new laptops in our platter to accommodate customers who do not want to compromise the condition that comes with secondhand laptops. Customers will get laptops with

1) Please note that Jeneral Geek has the rights to change the contents of terms & conditions without any notice.
2) Seller warrants equipment of its manufacture of secondhand laptops for a period of 3 MONTHS for retail customers or 15 DAYS for dealers from the date of shipment, to the extent that Seller will at its option to repair or replace or refund. Warranty for battery is 1 month.
3) Seller warrants equipment of its manufacture of BRAND NEW ITEMS for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of shipment, to the extent that Seller will repair the hardware of the laptops. Money refund for BRAND NEW ITEMS, is not allowable.
4) For any return of product due to refund, we will not liable for the delivery charges of the return of goods.
5) For any warranty of products, with free delivery, we will not liable for the delivery charges of the return of goods.
6) This warranty shall not apply to any equipment which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, or accident or has been altered or tampered with, or on which corrective work has been done without Seller's specific written, consent.
7) Physical damage that occurred as a result of liquid spills, cracks, scratches, dents, any loss due to flood, fires, or impressions and other damage that occurred as a result of a physical blow or a drop is not covered by warranty.
8) We do not cover the warranty of software; however, any technical support given is due to our discretionary.
9) Any repair after the 3 months warranty will be subject to additional cost. Thus, it is advisable to seek the nearest independent laptop technician for support after the warranty period. It is the responsibility of
the customer to check fully the condition of the products within the warranty period.
10) Warranty shall be claimed with company sticker & sales invoice.
11) We close on Friday or Sunday. Please make an appointment first before walk-in to avoid long waiting hours.
