Job Scope / 工作内容:
• Prepare and issue sales invoices
开立与处理销售发票
• Follow up on customer documents & signatures
跟进客户文件及签名
• Email correspondence and answering phone calls
处理电邮及接听电话
• Enter supplier invoices
输入供应商发票
• Filing and general administrative duties
文件整理及一般行政工作

Requirements / 职位要求:
• Fresh graduates or interns are welcome
欢迎应届毕业生或实习生
• Basic computer & email skills
具备基本电脑及电邮操作能力
• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
