Looking for Office Administrative.
The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
2. Dealing with email inquiries
3. Keep records and reports up to date
4. Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities
5. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
6. Monitor workers’ working hours (Keep a record of workers’ working hours)
7. Assist project manager with ordering materials for Job
8. Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
4. Language Preferred - English & Malay
