We spoke with Daniel Alexandra Ribeiro Brito, Export Manager for , at World of Coffee San Diego, about the new R58 TUNE and Gravo grinder.

The R58 TUNE keeps what you’d expect from , now with pressure profiling built in, along with a turn-and-push control for steam and hot water that makes day-to-day use feel more intuitive.

The Gravo takes a similar direction on the grinding side, with grind-by-weight and motorised adjustments that make switching between settings feel much easier.

A full room, fast-paced rounds, and plenty of energy from start to finish – a great mix of familiar faces and new ones coming through. Always good to see the community show up, connect, and share the same passion for coffee!

A first look at ’s latest launch – the Horizon, at .

Developed with of , the Horizon explores what’s possible after brewing.

We had the chance to see it in action at the Acaia booth, with demonstrating how the Horizon modulates pressure after brewing, shaping a cup with smoother mouthfeel, more rounded acidity, and enhanced natural sweetness.

What goes into a space like ?

We spoke with Alang about being part of the space, Testing Ground by R+ at GDP, and the thinking behind their coffee setup with us – centered around the Linea PB, E65S Coffee Grinder and the EK Omnia All Round Grinder, supporting how they work day to day, delivering consistently sweet espresso.

CCC – Coffee, Chocolate and Chai, comes through in the menu, alongside local breakfast favourites like Nasi Lemak and Nasi Dagang, together with baked goods and sandwiches. A mix that feels familiar, with something a little different.
