Building towers is our day job, but we'd never tried it with straws, rubber bands and sticky tape. 🏗️

For the next round of our Global Mental Health Week, teams from the Malaysian office went head to head in three games. First came the tower challenge, then a balloon relay with no hands allowed. The last one was the trickiest: one person described a picture while a blindfolded teammate tried to draw it. The results were mixed, and so were the drawings.

The blindfold round turned out to be the most telling. It only works when you see the task through the other person's eyes, and that habit counts for just as much outside the office games. It was a reminder that working well together starts with clear communication with a sprinkling of good humour.

Thanks to everyone who took part and made the day such a good one.

Not your typical Monday at MFE. 💪

Our Global Mental Health Week kicked off this morning with an office-wide aerobics session. As the whole office stepped away from their desks to move, some kept up with the instructor while others brought the enthusiasm instead.

It was a simple reminder that looking after our minds starts with getting up and moving.

At Hype Residences in USJ, Selangor, three MFE systems are working as one.

MivanForm forms the walls and slabs in a single monolithic pour. Lightdek handles the flat slab areas. And wrapping the entire perimeter is our SCP protection screen, which is a fully-enclosed, structure-guided platform that climbs with the building, giving every worker a safe, gapless working level even at height.

It's this kind of coordinated system — not just the individual products — that makes a high-rise build work. Because on a live work site, the formwork and the safety platform have to move together, floor by floor. 🏗️

We put ourselves in the shoes of everyone on site, from the crew installing panels to the client watching the structure rise. That's what shapes how we design a system like this.
