From Asia to South America 🌍

Construction work is well underway on a luxury residential development in Brazil, featuring premium 2 and 3-bedroom suites, and MFE is proud to be part of it.

On this project, we're deploying two systems purpose-built for performance: Lightdek for the floor slabs, and RobustForm for the columns and beams across the parking and social areas, our monolithic formwork solution designed specifically for the LATAM market.

At Alora Residences in Selangor, Malaysia, MFE's Self-Climbing Safety Platform (SCP) was deployed to support high-rise construction with enhanced protection and efficiency. Designed to provide continuous edge protection and fully-enclosed walkways, SCP provides safe working conditions for all while improving worker productivity.

By reducing reliance on conventional external scaffolding, SCP enables smoother coordination between working and finishing operations while ensuring consistent construction progress, especially in dense urban environments.

🏗️ A new milestone for monolithic construction in Santo Domingo 🧱

Construction is underway on the Singular Residence Club in Ciudad Juan Bosch, an exciting residential clubhouse development featuring exclusive amenities and luxurious apartments.

As part of the project, the apartments are being built using Robustform, providing the structural foundation while enabling efficient, high-quality construction.

The standout feature of this project is the brick pattern façade integrated directly into the wall panels – a first for MFE – demonstrating how innovative formwork solutions can combine project efficiency with distinctive architectural design.
