India's housing demand doesn't wait. Neither does MFE. 🏗️

High-rise construction in India moves fast and the pressure to deliver units at scale is only growing. Floor cycle times are one of the most critical focus points for developers, and MFE's monolithic formwork system is exactly designed around that.

On our current India projects, we're averaging 9-day floor cycles. With monolithic casting of walls and slabs completed in a single pour, and formwork panels designed for 150+ reuses, the system is purpose-built for the repetitive shear wall structures that define high-rise residential towers. Putting India's construction pace into perspective. 🇮🇳

In recent years, MFE has been delivering at a rate of over 114 residential units a day, that's nearly 5 units every hour, across India.

From Asia to South America 🌍

Construction work is well underway on a luxury residential development in Brazil, featuring premium 2 and 3-bedroom suites, and MFE is proud to be part of it.
