Storage & Handling:
Keep product sealed in its original packaging. Store in a dry location with temperatures maintained between +10°C and +30°C. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or moisture prior to use.
Application Guidelines:
Surface Preparation
For concrete: Substrate must be firm, clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, paint, or debris. For color steel roofs: Repair damaged areas and apply suitable primer before coating.
Environment
Avoid application during rainy weather or when rain is expected. Ensure the environment is dry and stable before beginning work.
Application
Use roller, brush, or spray. Stir well for even consistency.
Dilute first coat with 15-20% clean water as primer. Once dry to touch, apply at least 2 full- strength coats. Let each layer dry fully before the next.
Detail Treatment
Reinforce joints, pipes, and nodes with embedded polyester cloth using "one fabric, two coats" method to avoid wrinkles and ensure full coverage.
Tool Cleaning
Wash tools with water right after use.
Once hardened, remove mechanically.
