To Our Valued Customers,

We have been made aware of a recent social media post reporting that our workers had improperly disposed of rubbish by the roadside. We deeply regret this incident and would like to extend our sincere apologies to the residents and members of the public who were affected or concerned.

This behaviour does not reflect our company’s standards or our commitment to environmental responsibility. We have immediately looked into the matter and taken internal disciplinary action against the worker involved. We have also reiterated to all staff the importance of adhering to cleanliness and environmental regulations at all times.

To prevent similar incidents from happening again, we will be implementing the following measures:
1. Enhanced staff training – Strengthening awareness of environmental hygiene and public responsibility.
2. Stricter supervision – Increasing on-site monitoring to ensure all work complies with proper procedures.
3. Internal reminders – Reinforcing compliance with company and government cleanliness guidelines.

We take this incident seriously and will continue to improve our practices to ensure more responsible and disciplined conduct in our future operations.
Once again, we sincerely apologise and thank the public for your vigilance and feedback.

该行为并不代表我司的价值观、标准，也不符合我们对环境责任的承诺。得知此事后，我们已立即展开内部调查，并对相关员工采取了纪律处分。同时，我们也再次提醒所有员工，必须严格遵守清洁及环境相关规定。

为避免类似事件再次发生，我们将采取以下措施：
