Sometimes, employees of vendors where you placed your order mark up prices unbeknownst to the owners of the product. They add 5k to 10k to the original price you bought it so that when it gets to you, you don't have a choice but to just pay.

A waiter once told me "Oga if you think I'm delaying why don't you come and serve it yourself?". Mind you this is a place I had proposed earlier to my staff as our official meeting point every fortnite.

A lady narrated to me how her school staff abandoned a 5 year old in school because his parents came a bit late and it was 10mins past staff closing time.

Some group of female cashiers in a big eatery connived to mark up food prices unbeknownst to customers and their manager. When you order, they add N500 or more to the original price and you pay into their POS which is usually the same colour with the restaurant's and they balance shortly after.

WHAT CAUSES THESE THINGS?
There's no one major cause of this but there are a couple of possible factors that could lead to this. However, the answer to the following questions can give you the breakthrough.

⚠️ How do your employees feel about your business? Are they just out for the salaries and other benefits?
Have you been able to make them feel they co-own this business? Do they feel like the business is a family and they're an important part of that family? Do they know the goals per time? Do you discuss plans with them? Do you even talk to your employees? ⚠️

One can struggle in business for 10 years to make a name, employees will effortlessly bring down the business in less than one year.

WHAT MUST YOU DO NOW?
