This corrugated sheet is galvanized steel,can pass for aluminum to a new -bee .it is important to understand the difference while this material can be attracted to magnet and also possibility of the steel part being exposed at every nail point that may result to rust as typical of all steel material, cheaper than pure aluminum roofing sheets...as the end user make sure you are in the know of the exact material you request for your roof project is exactly the supplied material ...both material look alike even corrugating patterns but very different metal properties ....best wishes handle your building project wisely.

Fading roof colour
Roof ideally add beauty to a building not only the shape of the sheet metal but the colour finish however it's unfortunate that today what you see most installed roof colour in focus.the colour fades within one year ... companies that major in coating these sheets in the early 90s avoided black as a colour for roof why we know in elementary physics that black absorbs and retain heat more than other colour,the quality and process of coating is another area of consideration while company like kolourcoat rated among the best companies ,the price was not attractive to contractors and all those that are in the field of building not for quality but for their deep pocket the result major aluminum company that insist on qualify were pushed out of business by cheap bargainers ,today anything goes ...metal roofing sheets are coated without passing it through oven of high temperature ."if it's very cheap it can't be the best" so way forward since no corrugating company can guarantee their product colour in the entire Nigeria go for plain or silver..or stucco industry name or grey beige ,ivory beige these colours will not give you hypertension after some years of installation ....let's hear the conclusion of the matter fear God keep his commandments Jesus is lord.
