FRONT® and Pretty Plastic team up to transform the future of recycled PVC use in sustainable architecture.

As the architectural world increasingly focuses on sustainability and circular design, FRONT® (formerly StoneCycling) is proud to announce its latest collaboration with Pretty Plastic, the inventor of Pretty Plastic Panels.

The panels 'First One', 'Second High' and 'Basic Third' are crafted entirely from recycled PVC building waste, transforming discarded materials into durable, fire-resistant facade cladding.

The production process utilizes waste streams to create uniquely varied panels, which are wind- and waterproof, meeting demanding technical requirements.

By integrating these sustainable panels into your design, you promote a circular economy, reduce reliance on new raw materials and showcase the potential of building from waste.

Together with Amsterdam-based architecture firm Concrete, we completed an ambitious large-scale project in New York, located on 11th avenue in Manhattan.

No less than 42 different sizes and shapes of our Truffle Raw WasteBasedBrick® were made to fully cover each corner and curve of the facade with a shiny grey / silver look.

CornWall is a wall finishing material crafted from plant-based biomass.

It is sourced primarily from the cores of regional (Western Europe) corn cobs. This organic waste is widely available and usually destined for fermentation, burning as biomass or remaining on the field.

CornWall is an alternative for ceramic wall cladding or other less sustainable composite materials such as HPL.
