Compact, lightweight, and designed for precise hot air welding, the Leister Hot Jet A is a reliable companion for detailed work in plastic fabrication, roofing, and flooring.

With its precise temperature control, intuitive e-Drive operation and long-lasting brushless motor, it combines performance and comfortable handling in a device weighing just 530 g.

Meet the new Leister LED Headlamp - hands-free lighting that follows your view while you weld.

For welding inside containers, along pipelines or in hard-to-reach areas, the work rarely stays in one place. The new Leister LED Headlamp is designed to move with you - keeping the work area illuminated while both hands stay focused on the task.

With up to 400 lumens, spot and flood lighting, dimmable brightness and four lighting modes, the light can be adapted to different working conditions.

And there is a small detail that makes a practical difference on site: an integrated motion sensor lets you switch the headlamp on and off with a simple hand movement. Especially useful when gloves are on or your hands are occupied.

Meet the new Leister LED Work Light, designed to bring powerful, flexible illumination directly to the work area - from production halls and large plastic containers to construction sites.

With up to 5000 lumens and daylight-like illumination at 5000 Kelvin, it gives welders a clear view of seams, surfaces and material details. Four brightness levels make it easy to adapt the light to the task at hand.

Projekt Pacifico III: Tunnel Waterproofing in Colombia

The Irra Tunnel, part of the 146-kilometer Pacífico III highway project in Colombia, is a key component of the country’s infrastructure expansion. For the waterproofing system of this underground structure, Geosoluciones implemented PVC geomembranes welded using Leister Twinny T5 technology, with regional technical support provided by LDM, Leisters’s official distributor in Mexico and Central America.

The Irra Tunnel, a centerpiece of the Pacífico III highway, is one of the most important infrastructure projects in western Colombia. As with any underground construction, ensuring watertight integrity is crucial. The solution: PVC geomembranes that act as a robust barrier to prevent groundwater from entering the tunnel. This barrier protects the concrete lining, avoids corrosion of metal elements, and ensures long-term structural safety.
