Appeal to PRANA's foreign partners
On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of a "special military operation." At 5 am, in a number of Ukrainian cities, rocket attacks began. Citizens woke up from the sirens and found refuge in shelters.
According to the Pentagon, as of 5:49 a.m. on February 25, Russia has launched more than 160 missiles across Ukraine. Confrontations are currently underway in a number of settlements in the country.
Ukraine's armed forces are repelling aggression of the enemies by protecting Ukrainians and infrastructure. They are also helped by citizens. The Ukrainian government, the Armed Forces and the people are united in their pursuit of security, sovereignty and peace.
What is happening in Ukraine is not a "special operation", but a full-scale war.
By its actions, the Russian Federation violated international law, sovereignty and territorial integrity of our state. We ask you not to trust unreliable sources, and to learn all the information from the official missions of state bodies of Ukraine.
As of now, the situation is tense but under control. The Armed Forces of Ukraine courageously repel the enemy, defending their homeland and civilians. Ukrainians support their army in every possible way. Ukraine is united in its pursuit of peace and independence.
Invasion of a sovereign, independent state whose borders are recognized by the international community is an unacceptable violation of world order. This is a threat to the whole world.
