• Assist in maintaining financial records and accounting documents
• Record daily transactions and update accounting systems
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
• Help prepare invoices, bills, and expense reports
• Assist in bank reconciliation and checking discrepancies
• Organize and file financial documents properly
• Support the preparation of financial reports
• Assist during audits and ensure compliance with company policies
• Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
• Minimum +2 pass (Higher Secondary Level) in Management, Accounting, or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred
• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage
