Smart framing for big projects! 🏘️🛠️

Discover how a leading Auckland retirement village developer switched from timber to Rollforming Services' light gauge steel framing... and saw impressive results.

Using 92mm and 64mm internal LGS framing for each apartment, the teams could quickly install the framing for each and move on to the next, followed by mechanical, engineering, and plumbing crews. KPMG go straight to RFS for curved walls. Rollforming Services’ Telescopic Panels have been used to create the stunning organic curves for the interior of KPMG building in Wellington, showcasing the innovative use of roll-formed steel.

Using our X-TENDA™ 3600 telescopic machines, we crafted full-height adjustable curved walls to match the architectural model precisely. This project featured extensive prefabrication, with RFS-supplied steel stud walls manufactured and assembled offsite, ensuring seamless installation.
