By poplar demand from customers who buy our Recessed Tie Downs and other bike tie down products we have managed to secure the NZ distribuion for JFG Racing Products surface mounted adjustable chocks.

These are fantastic for the workshop or trailer as they can be fitted permanently or removeable. They can be used for every size wheel from 10 inch scooter wheels to 21 inch road bike wheels.

First Race Meeting of the 2026/27 Season was fun but only one really memorable race against Ron caught on camera(once I caught him in lap 4)!!

Business wise we have some new products coming that are really interesting, motor cycle related this time.

2026 Racing Season about to start!
After a winter focussed on selling stuff the hard work is about to be rewarded with the start of the new Historic Formula Ford racing season

This season we'll also be racing with the youngsters in the North Island Formula Ford (NIFF) series. Formula Ford launched the careers of many youngsters such as Craig Baird, Scott Dixon and even Liam Lawson on their international careers.

So if you want to see old men in old cars do battle with the youngsters come along to a meeting. You'd be surprised at how competitive against newer cars our old cars can be.

And of course a lot of the 'old guys' are Formula Ford champions from the 70's and 80's who are are still doing it! One of our competitors Stephen O'Donohue will be starting his 43rd season in the very same car!

Loose Load Day in Wyoming

Today I witnessed a piece of furniture falling off a small trailer as a car went over the tram tracks at MOTAT here in Auckland.

Fortunately it was at low speed and no one was hurt other than the drivers pride.

But it reminded me that a while ago I saw that the Wyoming Police have a Loose Load Day, one day a year where they try to get the message across about the dangers of unsecure loads.

A remarkable run of sales means we are temporarily out of stock of our Wheel Lashing Straps. I can't believe how many of these we sell around the country!
