Every in-store purchase with a receipt at Mitre 10 MEGA Botany during the competition period gives one opportunity to enter the draw. A participant may enter multiple times if the terms and conditions of the competition are met. This competition is only available in New Zealand and the competition per

To enter, make a purchase in store at Mitre 10 MEGA Botany, complete the competition entry form with the required details. Ensure that you retain your receipt as proof of purchase to verify your entry. Loss of this may result in the ineligibility to claim the prize. PRIZE AND PRIZE DRAW
All entries go in the draw to win a delicious Chinese banquet up to the value of $600 including GST. The prize draw will be at Mitre 10 MEGA Botany at 3pm on Sunday 25th February 2024 through a Facebook Live event. There will only be one winner. We will announce the winner, and once the live ends, winner will be contacted by phone or email. If the contact information provided by the winner is incorrect, Mitre 10 will not be liable;
Before being awarded the prize, the winner may need to show their identification and sign an eligibility statement and competition participation agreement in order to accept the relevant terms of prize collection and use. In the event the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of the draw being made, a new winner will be drawn. The new winner will be subject to the same terms and conditions. Except for responsibilities that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its managers, directors, shareholders, employees, consultants, agents, agencies, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies) is not responsible for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of business opportunity) caused by promotional activities or prizes in any way, whether it is direct, indirect, special or consequential;
For the prize, the Promoter will provide the confirmed winner with two Chinese Restaurants located in East Auckland as options to choose from. The winner is to choose one of the restaurants and redeem the prize on or before 31st March 2024; otherwise the prize will be considered forfeited. Payment for the banquet will be made directly to the restaurant by the Promoter
Any expenses or additional costs incurred in connection with the Prize redemption are the winner’s responsibility including and not limited to transportation. The competition prize cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or replaced with other prizes or products;
The result of the competition is the final decision and no objection is accepted

Winner’s acceptance of the prize means that the promoter has the right to use the name, city or town and photo of the winner for promotion related to this competition, including for packaging, public relations, and marketing materials or any form of media, without having to pay or make any other compensation;

Mitre 10 MEGA Botany Spin to Win Competition Terms and Conditions

This campaign is only available in New Zealand in store at Mitre 10 MEGA Botany.. The Spin to Win competition will take place on the weekends of February 10th and 11th and February 17th and 18th only and from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on each of these days. (New Zealand time). To enter, participants must make an in-store purchase of $50 or more at Mitre 10 MEGA Botany during the competition period. The participant will then have the chance to spin on the Spin to Win wheel. Participants can receive an additional spin if they follow any one of Mitre 10 MEGA Botany's social media accounts (i.e. Facebook, Instagram or WeChat) or if they share a post about this competition on their social media post. Only one additional spin is allowed even if the participant follows or shares on one or more of the promoter’s social media accounts. Participants of the campaign acknowledge that they accept all the terms and conditions of the campaign, and ensure that all speech does not contain or involve any defamatory, slanderous, pornographic, profane or obscene content;
In this competition, the Promoter has the right to collect and use the personal information of participants. For promotional purposes, the Promoter has the right to disclose such information to third parties. Instant prizes will be awarded by the Promoter immediately based on the outcome of the spin. In the event that any prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right at the Promoter’s discretion to either (a) allow another spin or (b) substitute another prize from the wheel. Competition prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or replaced with other prizes or products;
If the prize won is ‘Go into the draw to Win a hamper’ the winner will have to fill in a separate entry form to be in the draw to win the hamper of the day. There is 1 hamper to be won for each day and the draw will be done at 3 pm on the 10th, 11th, 17th & 18th of February. All entries in this draw will be subject to the terms and conditions of this promotion. If the prize won is ‘Choose Red Envelop’ the winner will get to choose one red envelope containing confectionery. There are a total of 950 pieces of red envelopes available during the competition. Prizes (except hamper winners) will be determined instantly based on the outcome of the spin. The decision of the competition organisers is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the results. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or acts in a manner that is disruptive to the competition.
