We’re proud to highlight Actionhomes Limited, led by Dilbag Khosa, a focused building company specialising in high-end residential and lifestyle homes.
Their recent project at 61 Waimanu Awa Road was a great example of quality workmanship, careful planning, and attention to detail, with the Actionhomes team managing much of the build in-house from foundations and framing through to finishing and landscaping.
When the original design exceeded the client’s budget, Actionhomes worked closely with Josh from our team to review the structural approach and find a more cost-effective solution, while still maintaining the strength, compliance, and architectural look of the build.
After six years working together, Actionhomes says they value the reliability, clear communication, quick turnaround, and support they receive from both our office and yard teams.
Their building philosophy says it all: build every home as if it were their own.
