🌟 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗞𝗶𝘄𝗶 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗮 𝗥𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿! 🌟
Congratulations to 𝗞𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗿, the deserving recipient of the 𝗞𝗔𝗥 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄! 👏💙
With just three weeks to go, an unexpected change meant the organising team had some big shoes to fill. Kate stepped up, taking on extra responsibilities, putting in some very late nights and even rescuing the programme from Microsoft Publisher!
During the show, Kate continued to support the young office team, giving them guidance and confidence while allowing them to own their roles. When a fire alarm prompted a full indoor evacuation, Kate helped turn the unexpected interruption into a valuable drill, with the BOP and NEC teams working together brilliantly.
Behind the scenes, championship calculations were also kept up to date after every class, helping prize-giving come together in record time. 🏆
True to form, Kate was quick to share the credit: “𝙄𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙖 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙚𝙛𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙩… 𝙄 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙄 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙖 𝙥𝙞𝙡𝙤𝙩!”
But the words at the presentation said it all: “This is for everything you have done… well, just everything.” 💙
Well done, Kate, a very deserving Arena Star! Thank you to 𝗞𝗶𝘄𝗶 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗮 𝗥𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 for helping us recognise the wonderful people who make our Premier League events happen.
