Are you hands-on, detail-driven, and keen to be part of a growing manufacturing team? We’re looking for a Cavity Slider Maker to join our busy doors and joinery factory in Paraparaumu!

Putting out feelers out now to start searching for the right person to join our team in January 2026

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture and assemble cavity slider units

Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools

Measure, cut, and prepare materials accurately

Maintain high-quality workmanship and finish

Work safely and efficiently as part of a team

✨ Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:

Experience in joinery, carpentry, or hands-on manufacturing - Builders, laborers, factory workers with experience is acceptable

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good problem-solving skills

Reliability, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic

Physical fitness to handle materials and operate equipment
