We’re thrilled to welcome Kevin to the team! He brings a wealth of industry experience, having previously managed 38 staff at Whangaparaoa Mitre 10 and handled operations at Tradie Republic.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys beach walks with his wife's dog, playing golf (very badly, by his own admission!), and telling terrible jokes 😀

Project of the Month: Flaxdale Residences by CETA Homes ✨

This month we’re highlighting the Flaxdale Residences project delivered by in Birkdale, Auckland. The 12-unit development used a combination of Masons systems to help keep the build moving smoothly while delivering strong fire, acoustic and weathertight performance across the project.

Masons UNI PLUS Flexible Air Barrier System was paired with the Enviro AAC Intertenancy Wall System and VHP Strong Roof Underlay. UNI PLUS allowed interior trades to continue before cladding was installed, helping keep the project on schedule, while the Enviro AAC panels provided a straight forward install with reliable fire and acoustic performance.

The finished result is a clean, modern development with strong architectural lines, sharp detailing and a durable exterior finish suited to medium-density housing.
