Air quality can have a major impact on human health. Sadly, there are many sources of airborne pollution that can impact us both inside a building and out in the open: transportation, industry manufacturing, fires, construction sites, geothermal / volcanic sources, drug use, chemical use, waste products, poor ventilation - the list goes on.
These air pollution sources can cause a plethora of airborne particulates that can impact on human health: particulates of various sizes such as PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 that include smoke / smog, ash fallout, mould spores, bacteria, viruses, asbestos, pollen etc. as well as toxic gases that include carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, sulphur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, ozone and the (extensive) list goes on. Temperature and humidity can also play a role in air quality and our health.
Here at INCODO, our services include Air Quality Index (AQI) testing as well as air sampling and deposition air sampling. So if you are concerned about air quality in or around your property, contact us to see how we can assist with our independent evaluations.
