A Friday reminder to check in on your mates 🧡🖤

We’re pretty good at checking the job’s on track.
But sometimes the most important thing to check is how your mate’s doing.
If your mate doesn’t seem like himself, don’t just brush it off. Check in. Start the conversation.
MATES in Construction gives workers the tools to support their mates and connect them with help when they need it.
Because sometimes, "You right, mate?" is the most important question you can ask.
