STORE SUPERVISOR
We are currently in need of Store Supervisor to be bound in Dumantay, Batangas City.
Qualifications
• At least College Graduate.
• With relevant experience in retail operations, customer service, or a supervisory role is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management, stock control, and cash handling procedures.
• Computer literate and proficient in the use of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Possesses strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, organized, and highly responsible.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to handle concerns and maintain excellent service standards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and cash transactions.
• Verify deliveries, receiving reports, and inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure store cleanliness, product quality, and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Supervise, train, and provide guidance to store staff to maintain productivity and service excellence.
• Prepare and submit daily operational, sales, and inventory reports.
• Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with suppliers, management, and other departments regarding store requirements and concerns.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Provide support and assistance in other operational and administrative activities as may be needed or assigned by management.
