Kudos to the CCAO aka Camineros! Also the barrangay captain who initiated the removal of filthy road water and the unclogging of the water ways in P. A. Paterno st. This short stretch of road is always soaking in putrid water either from rain or waste water from houses.
Architects, civil engineer and knowledgeable people would agree that the top section of cemented roads would be easily damaged when there is water and continuous passing of vehicle wheels.
Coupled with that is also the desease that splashing of this dirty water will bring to low tolerant people.
We enjoin everyone to manage our garbage. Let's not block these "Kanal" which takes away the dirty water from our place. It is observable from the video the blockage in the passageway. Let's all contribute for that not happening. Let's help our barrangay leaders.
