We are pleased to announce that CARLOS HILADO MEMORIAL STATE UNIVERSITY – BINALBAGAN CAMPUS, COLLEGE OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTANCY Major in Financial Management is now accepting applicants for Incoming Freshmen (A.Y. 2026-2027).

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
1. Based on your Admission Test Result, you must be qualified to apply to Board and Non-Board Program except Accounting, Engineering and Psychology.
2. A General Weight Average (GWA) of: BS Business Administration - at least 85 or higher, with no grades below 85.
Primary Requirements:
a. Accomplished Application Form (As attached below)
