📣 JOB OPENING: Site Checker

Job Title: Site Checker / Field Checker

Location: Bunawan, Davao City, Philippines

Employment Type: Full-Time (with potential for overtime)

Key Responsibilities:

The Site Checker is responsible for the accurate verification and documentation of all incoming and outgoing goods, materials, or activities at the assigned company site.

Verification & Documentation: Accurately verify actual items/stocks against purchase orders, delivery receipts, or other documentation.

Inventory Control: Perform regular checks and recording of stock levels to ensure physical inventory matches system records.

Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily/weekly reports to management.

General Duties: Assist with warehouse/site operations as needed and maintain a safe and organized work area.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: At least a High School Graduate /College Level.

Experience: Previous working experience in a warehouse, logistics, or site checking role is preferred.

Skills: Knowledge of basic computer applications and reporting tools. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Attributes: Willingness to work overtime, holidays and Sunday.

Location: Must be willing to work on-site.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Steel Erector to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and accurate erection of structural steel, working with various heavy machinery and tools to assemble and install steel frameworks according to blueprints and project plans.

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, install, and align steel beams, girders, and other structural components on construction sites.
Work with heavy machinery, such as cranes and forklifts, to move and position steel. Read and interpret architectural drawings and structural steel plans.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company protocols.
Perform regular maintenance on erection equipment.
Coordinate with other trades and construction personnel to ensure smooth project flow.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a steel erector or in a related field.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
