A glimpse of Bamboo-angs learning together under one roof in one bamboo structure at Hayag Farm School. 🎍

Indeed, a community is built when people gather with a shared purpose:
* to learn
* grow, and
* honor the land together.

When we hold space for each other to listen and create, we don’t just build structures, we build a movement that lasts. 🎋💚

The Jomel effect

This is our Modular staffhousing for our Bamboo Artisans at Hayag Farm School and Bamboo Bootcamp.

The construction program is a "Bayanihan" style of community building, where fellow carpenters/artisans will work together to build each others house in succession started through a Bamboo Bootcamp workshop. We completed our pilot run of the program, and once cashflow is available we will be building the next houses through voting of our Artisans.

The same module is also used for the ongoing construction of our private Villas for guests and learners. We are making a statement that the houses of our staff and artisans share the same DNA as what we offer our guests and learners.
