FahstWALL Systems is a Lightweight Concrete Precast Wall Panel an alternative to CHB Wall.

Specific Density of 650-670kgs per cubic meter.

1 panel is at least equivalent to 18-19 CHB Blocks at ready to accept painting works after panel installation.

The tongue and groove design of our FahstWALL panels joint together by special adhesive, transforms the multiple wall panels into a sturdy wall and together with its lightweight properties 65%-70% less than the CHB makes the wall highly seismic resilient.

When using CHB, wall cannot be transferred but instead demolished. While wall using FahstWALL, can be transferred or re-used by simply cutting the panels using recommended cutting tools. At least 90% of the wall can be re-used.

Construction method using FahstWALL speeds up building duration to at least half the time compared to traditional hollow blocks.

Saludo rin sa aming delivery team! 💪 Kahit malayo at challenging ang location, gumagawa sila ng paraan para ma-deliver nang maayos at safe ang FahstWALL panels. Ang Demo & Mock-Up Team naman, kahit mainit, pagod at ilang araw ang biyahe, committed pa rin na mabigyan ng proper guidance at support ang aming clients.

This project in Guimaras is one good example. Originally CHB ang planned walling material, pero dahil sa concerns sa cost overruns, delays, at material wastage, the Architect decided to shift to FahstWALL Systems.

Sa conventional CHB delivery, kapag nabasag, kadalasan hindi na magagamit. With FahstWALL panels, even with the long and challenging journey involving three sea crossings, most of the material can still be utilized. Damaged portions may be properly cut, while usable sections can still serve as cut pieces where applicable helping minimize unnecessary material waste.

Malayo at challenging ang delivery, pero nagtiwala ang Architect dahil nakita niya kung gaano kalaking difference ang maitutulong ng system sa project.

NOTE: Maraming taong makikita sa installation portion ng video dahil Demo & Mock-Up activity ito. Maraming gustong manood at matuto firsthand ng tamang installation procedure. This is not the actual full-scale installation manpower requirement.
