- Knowledgeable in basic electrical, plumbing, and maintenance work

- Taking up Civil Engineering or any related course
- Knows how to use basic MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Willing to work on-site or visit project locations
- Keen to learn and pays attention to details
